Job Description

We’re looking for an account manager to build powerful and productive relationships with some of the world’s best and biggest enterprises, and to help us scale the most socially impactful language learning product on the market.

You’ll collaborate with industry leaders in the world of EdTech and startups to deliver an elite customer experience, working directly with senior L&D and HR leaders at companies like BNP Paribas, Unilever and the Red Cross.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for managing, renewing and growing our language solution with our existing clients. Being process driven and customer centric, you will be hands-on with the onboarding of new clients and be the main point of contact to ensure they have a world-class learning experience with us. You will be the voice of the customer to our internal teams (product, content, marketing) to facilitate the success, happiness, and retention of clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong track record of B2B consultative selling and the ability to provide excellent customer success.
